How does it work?

  • After you receive the invitation to create your own login for access to your nutrition lessons, workouts and exercise calendar, you’ll complete an initial intake and assessment of health, habits and goals.
  • Once the assessment is completed, your individual program will be created and you will receive your first habit the following Monday.
  • Daily nutrition lessons related to your current habit will be delivered to your email inbox. Audio versions are also available so you can easily listen in your car on your commute to work.
  • Your customizable workout plan can be done at home, or in the gym, and whenever it suits you.
  • You will have the ability to message me at anytime. I can answer questions, give you feedback and provide motivation all online.
  • Depending on the package you believe is right for you, we will have a coaching session call to check-in on your progress and personal goals.

What to expect:

  • A 12 month habit-based body transformation program that is accessible from any mobile device or computer so you will have access 24 hours a day.
  • Habits range from nutrition and exercise to sleep and stress management
  • Easy to follow, fully illustrated workouts scaled to your current activity and fitness level.
  • Me as your coach to give you feedback, make adjustments, and help keep you accountable.

What not to expect:

  • Not a fad diet
  • Not going to drop everything important in your life to start a big fitness project
  • No meal plans – they aren’t sustainable. People feel like they are either on or off them which can lead to a feeling of failure or lack of hope if they’re not eating perfectly at each meal. Instead, I will help coach you through which foods are best for you, when to eat those foods, and how much to eat of them.
